SUSTAINABILITY
Almost all of our jewellery is plated using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). This modern way of plating, is much thicker than standard gold plating and uses a vacuum coating process that is environmentally friendly and results in a water & tarnish resistant finish. This means you can not only swim, shower and sweat in EAU VIVE jewellery but it is also better for the planet. This manufacturing technique is considered to be more eco-friendly as it produces fewer harmful by-products compared to traditional plating methods.
As our business grows we aim to partner with a project that will better our earth. We are aware of the impact our business could have on the environment; and so to offset this, we want to contribute to protecting and nourishing our planet by giving back in a special way. OUR PACKAGING
Our EAU VIVE jewellery draw boxes are recyclable. Our EAU VIVE jewellery draw bags are designed to be reusable and a life-long addition to your wardrobe for storing your waterproof treasures. The bubble wrap bag that is designed to keep your order safe during transit however, does need to be disposed of in the rubbish bin (unless you can find a creative way of reusing it). We will make it our ongoing goal to keep looking for ways to make our packaging a greener experience.
