We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from EAU VIVE. If in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or are unsatisfied with your order, we offer easy returns. *Please note we cannot issue refunds for final sale products & earrings due to health regulations. Contact us with the reason for your return before you send it, so we can determine your eligibility and assist you with the necessary steps. 

1) You can return an item purchased from EAU VIVE Jewellery within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused / in perfect condition and in it's original packaging (If any free gifts were included with the order these must also be returned.)

2) Please note that the cost of shipping is at your own expense unless the item is faulty. 

3) We will inspect the item and issue the refund using your original method of payment.

    Please be aware that it may take several days for the refund to show in your account.

4) To start a return, email us at: info@eauvivejewellery.com with the reason for your return and we will assist you with the necessary steps from there. 

Exceptions / Non Refundable Items

* We cannot offer returns on earrings for hygiene purposes, no exceptions can be made.       This is to ensure the health of our customers.

* We cannot offer refunds on final sale products.

 

Warranty

  

All EAU VIVE Jewellery purchases made through our online store come with a 12-month colour warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your jewellery will maintain its colour and will not tarnish for at least 12 months; provided our care guidelines are followed.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance. We will assess the item and offer a refund or replacement if the issue is confirmed to be a result of a manufacturing fault. Please read through our care guide to ensure your jewellery lasts; as wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.  Some particular  EAU VIVE pieces such as our Pearl range & zirconia diamond range are delicate and should be handled with care to prolong their life. 

Loose Earring Posts

If you find that the earring posts for your hoops or huggies are a little loose or tight, stop wearing them and try adjusting them with the simple steps that we've outlaid on our jewellery care page. In the event that you do encounter a rare manufacturing fault, please contact us at: info@eauvivejewellery.com so that we can assist you with remedying the issue.

Manufacturing Faults

EAU VIVE reserves the right to determine a genuine manufacturing fault with the product and decline any warranty claims, if we conclude that the damage is caused by mishandling. Manufacturing faults do not include: Snapped chains or links, scratch marks, chips & loss of stones from mishandling, or jewellery that has been bent or out of shape from general wear and tear. EAU VIVE Jewellery is considered hypoallergenic, however it is still the customers responsibility to purchase appropriate metals if they you are aware of a pre-existing metal allergy. These instances are not considered a manufacturing fault and are not covered under our 6 month warranty policy.


Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
