Gold Jewellery
All of our jewellery is made from high quality stainless steel plated with gold. Almost all of our jewellery is plated with 18k gold, however a few select pieces have a 14k gold plate. If you would like to know the exact karot of gold platting on a specific piece, please check the item description.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition)
Almost all of our jewellery is plated using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). This modern way of plating, is much thicker than standard gold plating and uses a vacuum coating process that is environmentally friendly and results in a water & tarnish resistant finish. This means you can shower, sweat and swim in your jewellery. A small number of products are not PVD, however they are still highly durable and water resistant due to the premium stainless steel base that the gold is plated onto.
Natural Fresh Water Pearls
All of our pearl jewellery is carefully curated using only natural fresh water pearls. At EAU VIVE we do not use any imitation pearls which means all of our genuine fresh water pearls have a natural stunning lustre. Please note that every pearl is unique and we value the natural shape and imperfections of each one as this is part of their charm.
Cubic Zirconia
We use a brialliant range of clear and coloured cubic zirconia diamonds to elevate our jewellery range. we use different cuts and styles to add a stunning sparkle and elegance to different pieces. The use of cubic zirconia gems in our jewellery means that you can get that show stopping diamond look without the massive price tag.
Mother of Pearl
‘Mother of Pearl’ is known for its iridescence and beautiful sheen. It is found in the ocean tucked away inside the shells of oysters and mollusks, therefore it is a naturally strong organic mineral with a magic glow. We use 'Mother of Pearl' to enhance our jewellery and bring a mysterious little slice of the ocean to you, that you can truly treasure.
Allergies
All EAU VIVE jewellery is hypoallergenic to ensure safer products for our customers. This means that there is minimal risk of an allergic reaction from occurring, however everyone is unique and there still may be a small chance of an allergic reaction. If you are aware of any prior allergies to a specific metal please choose accordingly, as it is your responsibility to choose an appropriate item and avoid metals that you know may irritate your skin. Hypoallergenic jewellery is generally an excellent choice for sensitive skin, as it produces fewer allergies in comparison to some other jewellery products.
