EAU VIVE operates from a small, Auckland New Zealand studio & at this time only ships within NZ and to Australia. All orders are dispatched between 1-3 days after order confirmation (please allow extra processing days during sales and busy holiday periods).

Australia purchase under $100 - Shipping cost $15

Australia purchase over $100 - Shipping is Free

Important Shipping Information

~ We cannot send items to P.O boxes, so please ensure a valid street address is provided.

~ Shipping delays can occur due to courier delays or poor weather conditions, please take this

   into consideration when placing a time sensitive order. 

~ It is the customers responsibility to provide a secure shipping location; if a parcel is stolen after     delivery it is not EAU VIVE's obligation to refund or replace it.
